Reformer Essentials
Reformer Essentials is designed for those new to Reformer-based Pilates, as well as clients who prefer a more supported pace. With emphasis on extra cueing, thoughtful sequencing, and slower integration, an individual new to the practice is sure to gain clarity and confidence.
While the tempo is intentionally steady, the work remains purposeful and strengthening. This class is particularly well-suited for individuals returning to movement, those seeking a comfortable learning environment, or anyone who values a more measured approach to building strength and coordination.
Essentials is about creating access — not limitation — and establishing a foundation for long-term movement with confidence.
No prior experience is necessary.

Reformer Foundations
Reformer Foundations is where strength is built with intention. Open to all levels, this class establishes the mechanics that support every stage of your Pilates practice. Clients will learn proper equipment setup, seamless transitions, breath integration, alignment principles, and deep core organization.
Introductory Tower work is thoughtfully layered in to expand understanding without overwhelming the body.
Whether you are new to the Reformer or refining your fundamentals, this class creates clarity, confidence, and control from the ground up.

Reformer Progressions
Reformer Progressions builds on the principles established in Foundations and introduces greater complexity and integration.
Open to all levels, this class incorporates kneeling and standing work, increased instability, and more advanced Reformer and Tower combinations. Transitions become more dynamic, load increases, and control demands deepen.
Options and modifications are always offered, allowing each client to work at an appropriate level while exploring more expansive movement patterns. This is where strength becomes more fluid, responsive, and connected.
Prior experience is recommended.

Reformer advanced
Reformer Advanced is designed for clients with prior Reformer experience and a strong understanding of Pilates mechanics. This level moves at a quicker pace and assumes familiarity with equipment setup, transitions, and foundational exercises.
Expect complex integrations, higher load demands, advanced standing and kneeling work, and sustained control under challenge. Precision remains the priority, even as intensity increases. This class is intended for those ready to move beyond progression and into performance.
Prior experience is required.

Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates offers a different perspective on the Pilates method, developing strength, control, and precision using the body as the primary source of resistance. This class emphasizes core mechanics, breath integration, alignment, and thoughtful sequencing to build balanced, full-body strength.
Props such as resistance bands, Pilates balls, and light weights may be incorporated to provide feedback, support proper mechanics, and introduce progressions. Rooted in traditional Pilates principles with room for modern variations, this class offers a focused and intentional movement practice appropriate for a wide range of experience levels.

Pilates Sculpt
Sculpt is a dynamic strength class that blends standing and mat work to develop muscular endurance, coordination, and full-body stability. Using props such as light weights, resistance bands, and Pilates balls, movements are layered into progressively building sequences that follow the tempo of the music.
Each combination unfolds gradually, allowing strength, control, and coordination to evolve as layers are added to the sequence. The result is an energizing, rhythm-driven movement practice that challenges both strength and endurance while maintaining thoughtful, intentional mechanics.
