Founder
Becky Noto
Becky began teaching Pilates in the early 2000s, drawn to how the method enhances strength, restores balance, and supports the body’s long‑term performance. Over the years, she has witnessed how purposeful movement can elevate not just physical capability but also self-confidence.
With nearly two decades of experience, she began to envision a studio that blended high‑level training with a sense of calm, belonging, and elevated care.
Opening her own studio has given her the opportunity to build a space where people can recharge, feel supported, and train in a setting that prioritizes both excellence and well‑being.
Becky’s teaching is rooted in precision, control, and smart progression. She focuses on building strength, stability, and confidence through intentional, technically sound movement. Her goal is to help clients feel powerful and capable while also feeling genuinely cared for — a balance of performance training and luxury wellness. The moments she values most are when clients recognize their own growth and feel connected not only to their bodies, but to the community around them.

Instructor
Mia Arnone
Mia’s passion for movement began as a college athlete, where she learned firsthand how strength, discipline, and intentional training shape long‑term performance. After becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and leading group fitness classes, she discovered Pilates — a method that quickly shifted from curiosity to a deep commitment to learning and growth.
With experience in both athletics and fitness, Mia recognized the need for a space that combined strong, purposeful training with a sense of calm and elevated care. That perspective now informs her work as both a Pilates instructor and lacrosse coach, where she values environments that challenge people while helping them feel supported and connected.
In her classes, Mia emphasizes precision, proper engagement, and thoughtful pacing, guiding clients to build strength with intention and confidence. She believes in balancing intensity with control — helping people move powerfully while staying deeply aware of their bodies. Her favorite moments are seeing clients recognize their progress, feel empowered in their capabilities, and experience the strength of the community around them.
